This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, processes, and policies associated with purchases made on www.trnchs.com.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. All transactions processed through our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.

Digital Wallets

PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay. Subject to eligibility and credit checks by the respective provider. BNPL payments are managed directly between you and the provider.

Gift Cards

Trnchs online shopping website gift cards accepted. No expiration date. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

Wholesale / B2B Payment Options

Wire transfer, ACH, check, Net-30 terms (approved accounts only), purchase orders from verified organizations

  • Tokenization: Card data is tokenized; full card numbers are never stored
  • Fraud Detection: Automated systems to identify and prevent suspicious transactions

3. Payment Process

  1. Select products and add to cart
  2. Proceed to checkout with shipping and payment information
  3. Review order details including subtotal, taxes, shipping, and total
  4. Confirm payment to complete the transaction

A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your payment method. Payment is captured when your order is processed for shipment.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Wholesale pricing is tier-based and available to verified business accounts.

5. Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable rates. Tax-exempt organizations may contact support@trnchs.com with a valid exemption certificate. You are responsible for any use tax, VAT, or import taxes.

6. Discounts and Promotions

  • Coupon codes are single-use per order unless stated otherwise
  • Cannot be combined with wholesale pricing or Net-30 terms
  • Apply only to merchandise subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and handling)
  • Returned items purchased with a discount receive a refund for the actual amount paid

7. Failed Transactions

If your payment is declined, verify your information, ensure sufficient funds, and try an alternative payment method. Contact support@trnchs.com if issues persist.

8. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by our Return Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Wholesale Payment Terms

  • Net-30 terms are available for approved accounts subject to credit review
  • Late payments on Net-30 accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge
  • Accounts overdue by 60 days may be suspended until balance is brought current
  • Wire transfers and ACH payments may qualify for volume discounts

10. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, notify us at support@trnchs.com before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
