1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- All original packaging, labels, tags, manuals, and accessories are included
- The item is returned in resalable condition
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened Food & Beverages: Consumable products once opened
- Personal Care Products: Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, earbuds)
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Products personalized or custom-ordered
- Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards
- Clearance / Final Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Software & Media: DVDs, CDs, video games, books once the seal is broken
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photographs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Request a Return
- Online: Log in to your account, navigate to "Order History," and click "Request Return"
- Email: Send a return request to support@trnchs.com
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the package, and ship to the provided address.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

Deductions
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we offer free returns
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items (e.g., electronics, appliances), as noted on the product page
6. Wholesale Returns
- Wholesale returns are subject to the same 30-day window
- Partial returns from wholesale orders may incur a 5% restocking fee
- Defective wholesale items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
- Contact your account manager at support@trnchs.com for bulk return coordination
7. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, we offer exchanges. Contact us within 30 days. The replacement will ship once the original is received and inspected.
8. International Returns
International returns are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and customs duties. Refunds are processed in USD.
