Warnings and Safety Notices

Improper use of household, kitchen, personal care, or general merchandise products can result in injury, property damage, or health hazards. If you are unsure about how to use a product, contact us before using it.
1. Kitchen and Food-Related Products
- Small Parts: Many kitchen gadgets contain small parts. Keep away from children under 3 years old.
- Temperature Limits: Always check the maximum temperature rating for cookware, bakeware, and food containers. Do not exceed recommended temperatures.
- Food Safety: Ensure food storage containers are labeled as food-safe and BPA-free where applicable. Follow proper food storage guidelines.
- Appliances: Electrical kitchen appliances must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not immerse in water unless explicitly rated as waterproof.
2. Cleaning and Household Chemicals
- Mixing Chemicals: Never mix cleaning products, especially bleach and ammonia, as this can create toxic gases.

- Store fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in a locked, dry area away from children and pets
- Do not use outdoor products indoors unless specifically labeled for indoor/outdoor use
9. Product Recalls
If a product you purchased from us is subject to a recall, we will:

- Contact affected customers directly via email
- Offer a full refund or replacement at no cost
- Report the recall to the CPSC as required by law
