1. Shipping Destinations

  • Continental United States: All 48 contiguous states via multiple carrier options
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Available via standard and expedited shipping methods
  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands
  • International: Select countries. Additional duties and taxes may apply.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (5–10 Business Days)

Cost: Free on orders over [$30.00]; otherwise calculated at checkout

Carriers: USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground

Tracking: Included with all Standard shipping orders

Expedited Shipping (2–5 Business Days)

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Overnight / Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

Cost: Calculated at checkout

Carriers: UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Priority Overnight

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon – Thu)

Freight Shipping (Bulk / Wholesale Orders)

Applies to palletized orders, large quantities, or oversized items (e.g., paper reams, bulk cleaning supplies). Delivery time: 3–10 business days. Liftgate service and appointment may be required.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We do not mark up shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Address changes are subject to carrier policies and may incur additional fees.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Marked as Delivered But Not Received: Check with neighbors, allow 48 hours, then contact us.
  • Lost in Transit: Wait 5 business days past estimated delivery, then contact us.
  • Damaged on Arrival: Take photographs within 48 hours and contact us at support@trnchs.com.
  • Missing Items: Inspect all packaging thoroughly and contact us within 7 days.

7. Signature Confirmation

Orders over [$100.00] or wholesale bulk orders require signature confirmation upon delivery.

8. International Shipping

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and are not liable for customs delays.

9. Wholesale Shipping

  • Wholesale accounts may qualify for negotiated shipping rates
  • Bulk orders (50+ units) may ship via freight with palletized packaging
  • Drop-shipping partners receive white-label shipping options
